Interesting story:  The founder and former chief officer of ForSalebyOwner.com, Colby Sambrotto selected the assistance of a real estate broker to help sell his 2,000-square-foot, two bedroom New York apartment after it sat on the market for six months.  The condo sold for $150,000 over the originally asking price with the Realtors assistance.   


For my "green" friends there is a new label premiering  for appliances "Most Efficient" labels. In the past the Energy Star Program has been permitted many home appliances to carry a energy efficient label.  The "Most Efficient" label will be given to the top 5 % of energy efficient appliances, per the EPA and Dept. of Energy.
