Curb Appeal
First, look at the outside of your house, better known as your curb appeal. Take a fresh look at the exterior of your house from a quick glance from the street. What jumps out at you? What positive features seem waiting to be noticed?
Acknowledging this helps us to choose what steps we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't as neat as possible with refreshed paint and bright greenery we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers see themselves hanging out in your living area, unwinding in your spa tub or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and give them a sense of contentment. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting changes that enhance the features of your home.
I'll suggest that you put out of sight things that give the look of clutter. Counter tops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' drawings should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Disheveled or messy spots make your home look smaller and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves living there.
I'll review every room of your home. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively impact the sale.
With me by your side, you'll know that your house has mass appeal and that it's friendly, steering clear of "offensive" or "personalized" colors on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can think about temporary furnishings. The goal is for your place to look inviting as opposed to deserted.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when it's time to show your house, because everything comes together to paint a picture of what buyers can look forward to after they choose to buy your house. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll part the curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing softly and ensure a pleasant scent circulates from every room. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your couch and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
