We live in Rhode Island. We decided to sell our Condo at Windsor Palms in Kissimmee in the Autumn of 2006. We turned it over to a realtor in Orlando hoping it would sell quickly in the declining market. After a full year of no results, I asked a realtor friend of ours, Alice in Venice, if she could sell it for us. She was very devoted and knowledgeable which recently resulted in completing a sale for us of a home in nearby Englewood. She declined the Kissimmee assignment because of the distance, but she could enthusiastically recommend a competent realtor in the Kissimmee area to take on the job.
